Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use any service on the 77f7 platform. We may request identity documents to verify age at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled. Where multiple accounts are opened from the same household or address, we will follow a separate verification process.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure. If any of your details change, notify our support team immediately.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 77f7 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳8,333 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Wagering may not be counted equally across all games — contact support for details.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus may be cancelled.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may be claimed once only.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable.
  • 77f7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without providing a reason.
  • If fraudulent behaviour in connection with bonus activity is proven, the account will be closed.

3.4 VIP Program

The 77f7 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to a higher tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Separate terms apply to VIP benefits.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77f7 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay in processing your deposit for any reason, please contact support.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed or if wagering requirements have not been met.

  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

4.4 Tax and Liability

5.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, any amount within your account balance may be wagered. Bets are accepted at any time before the match starts. Markets may close during live betting (in-play). 77f7 reserves the right to restrict betting on any specific match.

5.3 Casino Games
